We store customer data only as long as necessary for the provision of our services or to comply with statutory retention periods.

7. Storage of Audio Data & Projects

We store submitted audio files, project files, and mixes only for the duration of the project.
Long-term archiving only takes place with the explicit consent of the customer.

8. Disclosure of Data

Personal data is not passed on to third parties except:

to technical service providers (hosting)
to payment service providers / tax consultants (if required)
if we are legally obliged to do so

Data processing agreements (DPA) are in place with service providers.
